Just want to get this off my chest...i am approaching the hut. More like tiptoe-ing towards it, it's kinda there, but mostly not, ya know? typical for me. However, I am DEAD tired. Anyone else get that way right before or at the onset of their period? A few months ago I couldn't life my arms--i was that tired.

*rant over*

Who here has daughters? Are they "women" yet? And either way, if they are, or when they are, do you plan on doing something special for/with her? I'm just looking for ideas. I have about 6-8 years to plan :)

when i first became a vegetiarian, i was really tired because i hadn't quite learned how to eat a proper diet and having my period made it worse, i was tired and cold all the time. I'm still cold and somewhat tired but it's gotten better.

Maybe you don't have enough (something) in your diet?

Try an iron tonic of some sort.
I don't know what sort of brands there are where you live but here we have a healtheries womens iron tonic, and theres another iron tonic called floradix, which are both really good.

If you find something that works, I hope you'll post it to the group--I get the same thing. I actually slept for over 12 hours on a saturday during my period. And I was exhaused the whole rest of the day. :/ I've heard iron might help, so I'm looking into that. I hope you're able to find something that helps you!!
