I've been put on a new pill, and it's called Ovcon 35. I'm just starting it tonight ... is anyone else on this pill? Or has anyone been on it? What were the side effects you had? Did it help with cramps? Did it make your flow lighter?

Just curious.

Oh, and while I'm on my period, at night time when I'm in bed I find that I bleed a lot less than I do if I'm walking around or anything, also it's a lot lighter when I'm sitting. Is it just because I'm laying or sitting or what?

Hope all goes well with this pill ... I'm nervous about starting it up again. I was out of whack for a long time when I first got put on BC for cramps.

In the case of lying down, it's gravity (or the lack of it) at work. The difference between sitting and walking may be the same, depending on the position you're sitting in, or it could be that exercise is putting a bit of pressure on the womb and encouraging the flow (I think that's why gentle exercise is sometimes recommended for cramps).
