I'm in the hut again.. I usually don't really "mind" having my period, but it's getting to be really annoying. It's just getting on my nerves because I'll forget to throw tampons in my purse in the morning, or forget to go change it and then realize "shit, i bet i just ruined a perfectly good pair of panties" and i think next month, i might just skip it all together and start my new pack of pills right away.
Now, I have two weird questions...
Ever just feel like your tampon is slowly but certainly migrating out of you?
Or did you ever sneeze, and feel like you sneezed it out a little?

I'm thinking about resorting back to pads. :x

I keep some permanently in a drawer at work (well, towels in my case actually, but the logistics are the same). The only other person who's ever likely to go in there is my secretary, who's quite happy to discuss period stuff with me, so isn't likely to be embarrassed. When I was still at school/college, I used to carry some permanently in my bag (one with a small pocket that you can zip them into is good).

I keep a stock of cheap cotton ones specially for that time of the month - I really like the extra comfort at that time, and if they get stained, well, they cost me less than £1.

You know that hasn't been proven safe, right? Some doctors think it might increase the risk of endometriosis and similar conditions, which I can say from experience are really painful. I don't think there's any medical evidence one way or the other, but I wouldn't risk it myself.
did you ever sneeze, and feel like you sneezed it out a little?
Yup, that's because most people involuntarily contract their pelvic floor muscle when they sneeze, and that does tend to squeeze it out. I used to find it helped to deliberately tighten the pelvic floor *before* I sneezed, and hold it during the sneeze - might be worth a try if you can manage it.
