I seem to be bleeding much heavier than normal. Like, 4-5 overnight pads, minimum, per day. Plus the cramps. It's like my entire lower body is cramping-almost like stomach cramps plus menstrual cramps. Anybody else have periods like this?

I don't get the heaviness, but I get the cramps that feel like they're everywhere. They tend to stretch from my thighs to my ribs.

I've never found anything to take them away, but strong painkillers can take the edge off. Good luck x

i used to regularly get really heavy bleeding, because i had periods once every three months. i'm on the pill now and my cramps are nowhere near as bad and it's much lighter too. but i know what you mean - i remember sometimes i just couldn't do anything because it hurt too much. apparently kneeling on all fours is supposed to ease the pain.
