At 1:30 pm yesterday, my boss was at my store, and I could just *feel* my period start. I was right. Luckily armed with my keeper, I was able to avoid a messy situation.

This is my first period with the keeper and I love it already. It's amazing how 4:30 hit, I was in instant pain, bloated beyond belief, and when I went to "check" the keeper, I found it half full... half an ounce gushing out of my body in three hours when the typical period is only three ounces total! Wow, I wonder how heavy a VERY heavy day will look.

Cramps subsided, thanks to Advil, I'm off to bed.
