What's a Keeper?

I remember someone asking me why I didn't list that in my choices when I had that survey poll about a month or so ago.

Sorry if I didn't answer caue I have no idea what it is & don't know anyone who has ever heard/use it?

Anyway, I'm cramping so bad right now...my period is kinda early for the normal.{started this morning} I thought it would probably be here no later than Thanksgiving...I think it's stress...been having a lot of that lately.

I'd love to know what a keeper is. I've seen reference to it here several times and would love to be enlightened. It sounds rather handy!
