I haven't posted in a while because, well, every time I've been in the hut I felt like total crap and didn't have the energy to write anything. Anyway, I had severe cramps, nausea, hot flashes, headaches, dizzy spells, sharp pains in the left side of my abdomen and MAJOR anger spells. So, I went to the doctor, told him all about it and he said that I was having large spikes of progesterone at the beginning of my period. He said it's the same thing that happens to women in their first trimester when they have morning sickness. He prescribed a patch to wear the week of my period called Catapres TTS-1 and Bextra for my cramps. The difference is phenomenal! EVERYTHING is better. So, if there is anyone else suffering from similar symptoms, ask your doctor about it. I really feel almost normal. And, my coworkers (mostly men) like me SO much better!
