Parsley and the Amazing Metal Keeper
Dec. 9th, 2002 11:01 pmI just wanted to mention something regarding parsley, since it's been sort of a hot topic lately.
A couple years ago, pre-birth-control-pills, I lived in constant fear of getting "oops" pregnant, and being a broke college student, did a whole lot of research about natural (i.e., cheap) abortificants, and I found out that, while parsley tea may work, placing a sprig of parsley inside your vagina may be a stronger way of inducing a period.
I never tried it, but I've always been curious to see if it works. I'll see if I can find the page that had that for everybody's perusal.
The other thing I wanted to tell you guys, because I imagine you all'd apprieciate this; the student access gallery at my school is displaying the work of a jewelry student this month, and one of her peices is a silver device with a little lid that looks remarkably like a Keeper! I only saw the show today, so I'll snipe a picture tomorrow and post it here.
