Odd Periods

Hi there! I just joined this community and I have a question regarding my cycle..

Over Thanksgiving I got my period for the first time in over a year (I'm on depo-provera). Now I usually have spotting every three months when it's time for my shot. I'm due for my shot Dec 24 so I figured that was what it was...I was sick a little bit and was on Augmentin which causes vaginal irritation. I put two and two together and figured that was why I had a normal period and not just spotting.
Well starting yesterday I'm getting my regular spotting when it's due time for another shot. It's more of the nice brownish of the last day of a period thing but it usually lasts for about 5 days. No need for anything but a pantyliner.
Also for the first time in my life I had a nosebleed. It started at the same time my spotting did.

It just concerns me because I haven't gotten my period in a year and all of a sudden 2 in 2 weeks? And the nosebleed as well. Is this worthy to go to the doctor? I don't have any other aches and pains. I thought I might get some 2 cents in ! ^^

Had you been taking any blood-thinning drugs, like aspirin? I've known those to affect my period, and the nosebleed would tend to support that theory.

Nope I only took the Augmentin for about a week! I also just quit smoking/drinking/drugs...maybe my body is reacting to the lack of abusive substances *heh*
