Hrmmm...

I am utterly worn out (though I haven't done much of anything), hungry (even though I just ate), and craving salt. In other words, I am PMSing.

What am I to do about the salt issue? I've always been a firm believer in listening to your body and giving it what it's crying out for. But if I indulge and have something nice and salty, I'm going to bloat up and end up with sore breasts and five extra pounds on my hips. *sigh*

Any one have any remedies/ideas? I'm dangerously close to raiding the Cheetoes bag...

Believe it or not from what I've heard there have been results saying that the more fluids(healthy ones not just soda)that you drink around your mense the less bloating you will actually have!!! Eat what you want but make sure to drink plenty of healthy liquids!!! And yes tea does count not just the herbal kind either.
