How do you go about curing your sore nipples? I know that I am cannot be the only women who get sore nipples when it gets to be that time of the month. I guess all I really want to do is sooth them because this is the worst that they have ever hurt before.

yeah but my clothes are irritating them. just sleeping last night irriatated them even more.

hmm....have you ever heard of "dream cream" im not even sure where you can buy it...but its a cream to use for aches, pains, weird rashes, joint problems, etc...apply to the area and it tingles a little....it's usually helpful when i use it for whatever... the website is http://www.aromacrystal.com

Ok, this sounds really, really weird, but it works. My nipples get all raw like they've been rubbed, even just from my regular bra. My Sekrit Tip for this is petroleum jelly and saran wrap. Apply a layer of petroleum jelly to the entire sore area, and then take a square of saran wrap big enough to cover it generously, and stick it to the vaseline before putting your bra on (the bra helps hold it in place, and the saran wrap keeps the vaseline off the bra). Feels a tiny bit strange the first few times, but it *does* stop it hurting.

hmm we dont have any vaseline but I will have to buy some just for that reason
