i'm usually a 3 month cycler but for some reason i've been regular for 2 months now. usually a heavy workout conjures up a monthly period. i dunno. am i alien?
That's weird because when I excercise, I usually skip them...but then again I'm a big freak. :) I know you have to have a certain amount of body fat to get your periods and I think that mine goes down below the level whenever I actually attempt to get in shape which would explain me, but I don't know why yours does that. It could just be regulating out if you are still fairly young, but I don't know...I just thought I'd reply anyways :)
