ive been searching the community, and i just cant find anything. can anyone tell me some things i can do to induce my period? i thought i heard you could put a sprig of parsley inside yr vagina...well, i didnt have any sprigs, but i had a lot of flakes, but somehow i dont think this is gonna work so well. anywho, can anyone give me some advice? im sooo sick of waiting.
but also, ive noticed that when i am late (which is often) i have my usual awful pms before when i would get my period, and then im fine for a week, then i get my period. is it normal for pre-menstrual symptoms to occur at normal period time even when yr period doesnt come at that time? does anyone else have that?

Yep that happened to me, I missed my period for three l o n g months, but I was still bitchy around the time it would have come...but it didn't. I have no idea how you can induce it, but having PMS and no period is normal...unless both of us are weird.. lol x

The last two entries on this page tell you about making parsely tea (which you can do with flakes) to induce your period.

Okay, maybe I'm sort of missing the point, but why exactly would you want to induce your period? I guess something that was said on one of the memories, about having a big date or something, so you want to induce it earlier, but I mean . . . if your body's cycle is extra long or whatever, wouldnt it be a better idea to just let it be? I'm not trying to be mean or nasty, just curious. Or like, in my case, sometimes it's literally five or six months between periods, (which is something I should go to the doctor for really, but that's a seperate issue), so would I do this to maybe remain more regular? For that matter, I don't really understand the comfort a lot of people seem to get from having regular periods, and if one comes late, it's kind of unsettling or what have you, aside from maybe being pregnant, but that's probably because I've never been regular in any sense of the word.

if you are on the pill, just skip the rest of the pack you are on and take the first two pills in the new pack now, then take one a day. Works like a charm, but does cause cramps.
