sugar sugar sugar

this was day two, the red tide, and oh was I craving sugar today. I don't usually crave sugar while bleeding.
Now I'm full and crampy...

I get sugar hungry a week or so before, and come to think of it that didn't happen this month. I was sick though, and avoiding sugar and alcohol.

But at least this was a normal cycle month, not a weird short one like last month.
