Question that is worrying me..

For some reason lately my periods are only 2 - 3 days long. They used to be 5 - 7 and for the last 3 months (I think) they've only been between 2 and 3 days long .. sometimes not even 2 entire days. They're kind of heavy for 2 days then really light for 1 and then done. They used to be heavy for 2, light for 1 then medium for 2 and light again.

Is this bad or abnormal? I'm kind of worried.

I'm not on any type of birth control or medication.

I think... your cycle's changing. Just changing. Yes, it's kind of odd... but if nothing else seems to be wrong, and it's just different, you're probably fine.

You could also be going through stresses in life that change that - if you have anything big and bizarrely abnormal going on in your life, that could be an easy possibility.

i'm not consciously aware of any huge stresses that are abnormal. i tend to enjoy living a stressful life but everything seems to be under control?

if it's just changing i can deal with that quite happily

That's fairly normal for me, and it sounds like it's becoming normal for you. "Normal" can shift over time for folks.
