naproxen, tea, and about five million layers of flannel... i'll probably still stain the undies, but at least the cramps are bearable. ;)

what exactly does naproxen do? is it stronger than midol? does it cure anything else?

naproxen, naproxen sodium... it's another NSAID. it helps quell the cramps and pain.

it works better for me than tylenol or aspirin. and i'm allergic to ibuprofen, so that's out.
