menstrualhutMy so called pre-menstrual cramps ended up being the real deal, as I started my flow yesterday. This is teetering on disappointing.
I decided to go ahead and get Instead for this month's cycle. Seems like they've changed to plastic "cup" portion since I last used it...seems sorta thin and flimsy compared to what I remember it being like. Anyone notice any change in the Instead cups in the last couple of years (I think I last used them about 2 or 2 1/2 years ago)?
