Feb. 24th, 2003 08:00 pmJust some advice for people who have horrible cramps . . . I usually have pretty bad ones, but not usually curl up in bed and cry all day bad ones, just for some perspective. But anyway, I'm taking a basic swim class this semester (a requirement to graduate) and I started today and also swam about 20 laps (some for class, and some to make up a class i missed) and my cramps were really minimal and in fact, the only time I felt anything was this afternoon when I was sitting in the car for almost 50 straight minutes.
Also, like, i literally started about five hours ago, and it hasnt really started going heavily yet . . . I don't really know if i want to put in a tampon at this point, since the flow is so minimal . . . do you (plural) put a tampon in right away as soon as you start or use a pad for a little bit before putting in one?
