Waiting

When is it ever going to come? Times like this are what makes a girl worry....waiting and worrying.....why oh why is the universe being so cruel. Why can't we work like clocks and know exactly when it shall come...not just guessing.

I agree! We should all know when it's coming, and it should keep on schedule lol. But it has a mind of it's own unfortunately :(

Keep A Calender

Have you ever attempted to keep a menstration calender? It's not that hard really. Just mark down the date that it starts each month..... Most women have a 28 day cycle. If you know what phase of the moon you cycle with that is a good way to gauge it too.... I used to do that with mine and except on the rare occaision it was very accurate. Of course stress will affect the timing as well. As in, the more you stress about it the more it's possible to delay it.... I may not be giving you any new information and if not I'm sorry but if I am well then it's all good....

Well I just did it on my own cause that was what my mom taught me to do(I'm 32). I don't do it anymore cause I just had a hysterectomy due to endometriosis.... Don't worry though it just means no more pain once I've healed. Ever....
