My mom has a fibroid tumor; it's so big she has to have a full hysterectomy done. :o/

I don't get PMS or my period very often, but I imagine there's good and bad to never having to go through either one.

my mother had to go through that because the fibroids caused a lot of unnecessary bleeding on her part. she had her hysterectomy done and was taking estrogen. i guess she said the good thing about it was she didn't have to deal with having a period anymore...but even still. having your body go through that and then take hormone supplements can really be a roller coaster
