what are some signs and symptoms that lets you know your period is coming??

Personally, i get very heavy achey breasts a week or so before i'm due on. I also get period pain for about 3 days beforehand too. Both of these usually go, or at least stay for another day, when i come on.

For about 3 days previous my discharge gets thinner, my breasts ache and sometimes enlarge, I feel generally more tired, I get a soreness across my lower back, sometimes my vagina actually aches, sometimes my vulva is achey too. I smell mustier and have more emotional outburst tendencies. However, sometimes I seem to skip all this until the first day of my period or not at all.

I get monster cramps the night before. And I wake up with just a "feeling" that it came while I was asleep, which always happens. Other than that, no real symptoms.

Personally, I get my bitchy outbursts and mood swings, my breasts feel really sensitive and tender, I feel tired, and my face tends to break out.

I hope you're not in the same boat as me.

actually, that is basically what I get too...along with some cramps
