menstrualhutI'm heading into PMS right now...and since this is the first time I'll be actually using the Estroven PMS for my PMS, instead of the day before I get my period, I'm hoping that along with calming my emotional upheaval during my period, it will help with cramps.
Has anyone out there used this stuff before?
