Hey folks. I've wanted to find a community like this, but, der, I spelled menstruation wrong every time I searched. REgardLess, I'm glad I was able to stumble upon your group.

Just curious:
How would the world be different if all women menstrated at the same time?

Yeah. I think so too, but I've been told that I need to develop my argument (by a male) to convince him of the same.

There'd be no taboo. Women would probably laugh and bond over it each month. Wouldn't that be awesome?

Well, except for the women who have a really rough time of their period...but misery loves company, right? ;-)

What if it had always been this way? Would there be different advances in women's medicine? power balances (less?, more?), universal "sisterhood"?

Well, there'd be a lot less embarassment about it. Other than that, I'm not sure. There might be monthly drum circles for the sort of women who are into that, maybe massage special discounts or the like.
