all because of my period.

i stayed in bed all day
until about 930pm....
i was asleep most of the time

Yesterday I started. It was period hell I say.
Figures I was out with my boy friend all day. I'm very lucky he's such an understanding person. Wicked cramps yesterday and today. PMS is easy. But the 1st two days...yuck... lots of motrin, a heating pad, pillows and chocolate are my best buds.

I have a question...Is it normal for there to be ...chucks...of something in your period? Is that like the lining and stufff falling out?
In My last two periods particularly there have been big dark red/black thingies...I know it's gross...sorry...

Yes, it's normal. It's just pieces of lining. And it isn't gross. Do you really think people in this journal are easily disgusted, let alone by just periods?

Hmm. I didn't mean that to come off as rough as it did. More like, don't worry about that, or even cutting it, since it doesn't bother us.
