Well, my moonwaters are in full force today ..kind of a mixed blessing I suppose, it means all my goodies are doing their thing but I sure could do without the bloating and body aches.

This will be my uummm 5th month (I think?) using the Keeper and I'm finding the first day is always the clumsiest and most likely for leakage but the 2nd and 3rd days go easy. I'm usually finished by day 4 which is about 2 days faster than before I used the Keeper.

Anyhow, I havent strangled anyone yet today so I guess everything's going ok.

So I'm glad to see other people who cry uncontrollably during their periods, it's how i know mine is on the way or in full force... this happened to me tonight, i just started crying, and I didn't even know why... Is there anything I can take drug wise to make this not happen? it's quite embarrassing! I mean, I'm going through a lot of stress anyway, but to just start tearing up in the middle of english class, it's just rotten and a half! I turn into a mega-meanie too, and this isn't good.. sometimes drugs control it, but not too well usually.. and yes, i've found the best solution so far is to warn all my friends when i'm in a good mood that i'm pmsing. Fortunately for me, I have a loving, caring, and understanding boyfriend who looks out for me, and does a lot of apologizing and taking up for me during this time... and he takes a lot from me too ;-) thank goodness... but yeah, what drugs have ya'll found that work the best? or therapies, or just stuff i could do so that i wouldn't be quite so... typical pms female?

I just joined this community, so I figured I'd say hello. :)

I have a question -- do you think there is any chance at all someone could be pregnant after taking several pregnancy tests (which all came out negative) and getting their period? This seems like a rather stupid question (correction it is), but I am a bit obsessive about these kinds of things. Plus, it never hurts to get someone else's opinion.

Oh...and is it possible for stress to delay your period? Because when I though I may have been pregnant, I waited a week until taking a pregnancy test and the day after I did (it came out negative), I got my period. Another example is, my friend was two weeks late, and she took a pregnancy test and got her period. Anyone know if this is just a coincidence or that stress can cause it to be late?

I've been commenting here for a few days, so I'll finally get around to actually posting :)

I'm 23 with two kids. I stopped taking Desogen about 11 months ago. My periods have been extremely irregular since then. I had stopped taking it cause it made me feel horrible. I was on it on and off for 3 years (had a baby in the middle there). My last period was back in July and even that one was a month late. Anybody know how long it takes your body to readjust to this sort of thing? My periods were usually around every 35-45 days when I was in high school, but this is getting annoying. Also, are there any specific problems which could cause this that I should have checked out? (My doctor wasnt concerned when I saw him in February. He gave me a prescription for progesterone, but that didn't fix things permanently)

Thanks gals!
