I have entered the hut as of this morning, right after my shower. I knew I was feeling a little crummy; I should have guessed that my girl was gonna visit me.

Well, the cramps are fading [somewhat] slowly but I took some tylenol and it's doing the job in record time. Or maybe my body is playing tricks on me.

Bleh...I entered the Hut today. I always know when I'm about to begin because 1. My appetite increases. 2. I gain 5 lbs. and 3. I will start crying about something lame. I'm glad I started during the middle of the week instead of the beginning. Mondays are hard to cope with as it is. Anyways, Hope you Girls are feeling fine.

Hey all, I'm new to this community but it looks interesting so far...
I have yet to go into my menstrual hut this month but I shall be soon... I had a seizure 2 days ago and that only happens when I'm PMSing, fun eh?

I wonder if there is anyone else in here with catamenial epilepsy?

And if so, what do you do around your period time to keep yourself conscious if it's possible? What do you do to keep yourself safe?
