I'm new here, I've got a question about the Nuvaring. I've been on it since March now, and I love it. I start a new one in the middle of my period; can I use a tampon at the same time? I've been using pads and they're driving me nuts.

during sex, my partner and i usually use condoms with spermicide on them; although sometimes we do have sex with just actual spermicide. over the past weekend, we've done this quite a few times...after about 24 hours that i put the last shot of spermicide in, i feel like i constantly have to urinate...is this normal??

Oh mi gosh ladies..
the pain of these cramps..
Its so bad..i've tried hot water bottles, i've tried pain killers, I've tried hot drinks..
I've even had my boyfriend walk all over my back lmfao as weird as that sounds lol.. it worked for like 2 seconds lmfao..
Any ideas?!
i start back at school tomorrow after a 6 weeks summer holidays and i really cant be dealing with a cramps the first day back..

In the hut. Early this time ... and now I have learned that a diaphragm does indeed keep back menstrual flow. What a nice post-sex surprise. :)

So, my question: I finally got my act together and ordered some GladRags, then finally put them through the wash, and now I am ready to use them.

I've heard that menstrual fluid (and the water used to soak cloth pads in) can help plants. Is this true, and do I need to do anything special, or just dump it on there?

For equipment, I'm guessing I will get some kind of bucket with a lid, so I can keep the cat out of things and avoid freaking out anyone else who uses my bathroom. Not sure where I will get this, but there's always next month. hee.
