valancyjane.livejournal.comIn the hut. Early this time ... and now I have learned that a diaphragm does indeed keep back menstrual flow. What a nice post-sex surprise. :)
So, my question: I finally got my act together and ordered some GladRags, then finally put them through the wash, and now I am ready to use them.
I've heard that menstrual fluid (and the water used to soak cloth pads in) can help plants. Is this true, and do I need to do anything special, or just dump it on there?
For equipment, I'm guessing I will get some kind of bucket with a lid, so I can keep the cat out of things and avoid freaking out anyone else who uses my bathroom. Not sure where I will get this, but there's always next month. hee.
